• Have you been responsible for major infomration security efforts in a large organization?
• Do you have experience interfacing with programmers, senior regulators, Vice Chairmen all in the same hour?
• Have you been responsible for all aspects of information systems security for a business segment or function?

• Do you have strong leadership skills?
• Have you developed and managed a large staff?
• Do you have a strong background in software development and testing?
• Do you have a strong understanding of the software quality assurance processes?

• Have you been responsible for BPM systems, tools and technologies?
• Do you have experience implementing BPM or workflow solutions?
• Are you familiar with Filenet Image?
• Have you been in the Financial Services industry?

• Do you have at least 10 years of experience in managing direct teams of people with accountability for performance management and career development of subordinates?
• Do you have an understanding of multiple technology platforms such as OS/390, CICS, Cobol, J2EE, SQL Server Databases and VB.NET?
• Have you shown successful Project Management skills in at least two complete major applications development cycles?
• Do you have excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills (listening, coaching, team building, diplomacy), in addition to having the ability to present to executive levels within an organization?

• Do you have experience managing complex testing organization with over 300-400 applications and over 600 projects in flight ranging from complex build products to release enhancements?
• Do you have strong software development technical background and skills?
• Are you seasoned in the use of automated testing tools, extensive experience in CMMI practices within testing (minimum CMMI level 3), and role of testing in software development life cycle?
• Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Are you a strong team and relationship builder and influencer at all levels including executive management?
