Chief Information Officer

• Can you be successful at striking a balance between technical innovation and providing more options for the customer and cost?
• Do you have 10+ years managing a large (100+ FTE) and diverse IT organization, including Software Development process, Network, Data Center, Asset Management, Project Management, and Technical Support?
• Do you have technology knowledge including development methodologies and processes in a multi-application environment?
• Do you have the ability to actively participate in detailed discussions with managers and technical teams to develop solutions for the customer's needs?
• Do you have knowledge of AS 400 environment?

• Have you been responsible for leading large groups of 600-4000 in IT?
• Have you been responsible for budgets greater than $300MM?
• Are you a Change Agent?
• Do you have a Financial Services background?

• Do you have 15+ years experience in Information Technology with at least 7 years in senior management and leadership?
• Have you had experience in leading large technical organizations (300-100+)?
• Do you have experience in a number of the following areas: Network Engineering including: Voice Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Voice Architecture, Capacity Planning, QA & Testing, IVR Development, Desktop Architecture; Office Technology/Network Operations including: Desktop/Voice/Data Implementation, Voice/Data Operations and Monitoring, TOS Help Desk; Network Security; and Network Services Group Account Management?

• Have you managed groups of 200+?
• Do you have a strong background leading applications development?
• Have you been responsible for a major software development effort?
• Do you have experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry?

• Do you have leadership experience of a large technical organization of 100+?
• Have you been responsible for major infomration security efforts in a large organization?
• Do you have experience interfacing with programmers, senior regulators, Vice Chairmen all in the same hour?
• Have you been responsible for all aspects of information systems security for a business segment or function?

• Do you have experience interfacing at the executive level?
• Have you managed the Information Technology projects workflow at a high level?
• Have you interfaced with Applications, Infrastructure, Security, Architecture and QA at a Sr. level?

• Do you have strong leadership skills?
• Have you developed and managed a large staff?
• Do you have a strong background in software development and testing?
• Do you have a strong understanding of the software quality assurance processes?
